What are the trading hours?

DVeX is essentially open and available for trading 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, DVeX will be closed for daily maintenance between 11:55pm and 12:10am Eastern Time.

 

What is the end of day (EOD) time for purposes of marking the value of my positions?

At 4pm Eastern Time, DVeX generates an EOD price, typically the midpoint of the best bid and ask for each cryptocurrency pair, and provides that value as a reference. These are the EOD times and reference prices you will see in any relevant reports generated by DVeX.

 

Where can I find my statements?

You can elect to be emailed your statements daily, as well as a separate monthly statement. Your statements will show your detailed activity including all trade and settlement details. We do also support drop copy and other activity reporting options.

 

Who do I contact if I have a discrepancy in my daily or monthly statement?

Email Trader Support at Support@dvex.io and someone will respond immediately.

 

Who do I contact if I have any trading questions?

How are trading fees charged?

For markets where fees are charged on a per trade basis, trading fees are charged in the quote asset of the trade. For example, if you buy 1 BTC/USDC at 9,500/USDC, then you will be charged 9.50 USDC.

 

Are there any other fees?

No.
