What are the trading hours?
DVeX is essentially open and available for trading 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, DVeX will be closed for daily maintenance between 11:55pm and 12:10am Eastern Time.
What is the settlement time for purposes of marking the value of my positions?
At 4pm Eastern Time, DVeX will take the midpoint of the best bid and ask for each cryptocurrency pair and use that value as the daily settlement price. Settlement prices are only used to value your positions on your daily and monthly statements.
Where can I find my statements?
You will be emailed your statements daily, as well as a separate monthly statement. Your statements will show your positions by currency, the value of each position, the value of any loans, and the total Net Liquidating Value (“NLV”) of your account.
Who do I contact if I have a discrepancy in my daily or monthly statement?

How are trading fees charged?
Trading fees are charged in USD. For example, if you buy 1 BTC/USD at $9,500/USD, then you will be charged US$9.50.
Are there any other fees?
Can I have my cryptocurrencies delivered to a different wallet?
Absolutely! It is your crypto. You can have your crypto sent to another wallet at any time*. Because we keep your crypto with an independent 3rd party custodian, it may take 24 hours to complete the transfer, but should not be more than 48 hours.
* provided that the value you want to transfer is unencumbered and free of any loans or outstanding fees
